This super simple recipe is GREAT as a substitute for sweets, a snack, or even an on the go breakfast! Beginning the New Year I made a resolution to start living a healthier lifestyle - but refused to give up good flavor! I am already down a few pounds, and recipes like these are making it SUPER easy!
I pack these in little snack bags so they are easy to grab and go and are already in the correct serving size, discouraging me from eating more than I should (although as healthy as they are, that wouldn't really be a big deal!).
The Banana bags (5 banana slices dipped in Strawberry Greek Yogurt) are 77 calories and have 2.2g of protein.
The Strawberry bags (5 strawberries dipped in Lemon Meringue Greek yogurt) are 54 calories and have 2.2g of protein.
**For a lower sugar content, try a sugar free yogurt**
These are seriously SO SO DELICIOUS!! You have to try them!
