Out of those 2 needs this delectable mason jar make ahead noodle lunch was created! I love this. I could eat it every day for lunch and want it again the next day. Plus there are so many ways to switch it up that it doesn't get redundant. The best part of all? It is below 200 calories. For the whole thing. The chicken version is just 163 calories! FOR THE WHOLE THING.
Mason Jar Noodle Lunch
This literally could not be any easier. Boil some water and then remove it from the heat. Soak the noodles in the water for 1 1/2 minutes and strain. Now just layer all the ingredients together in a mason jar and seal it with a lid. Refrigerate until you are ready to eat it (keeps for 4+ days depending on the veggies you use). When you're ready to eat it, pour boiling water into the mason jar and seal it. Let it sit for 2 minutes and then shake the jar until all the ingredients are combined and flavoring disbursed. Enjoy!
